Kontor Real Estate was founded by Rio Elise Cameron, a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry.

Rio’s background began early, working alongside her father in real estate, where she was introduced to transaction coordination at just 18 years old by being handed her first file and tasked with navigating it independently. That early immersion laid the foundation for a highly resourceful, detail-driven, and solutions-oriented approach that continues to define her work today.

She later served as an in-house Transaction Coordinator at Keller Williams Carmel Valley, where she and her partner managed a pipeline of up to 140 transactions at a time. This high-volume environment refined her ability to build efficient systems, maintain organization at scale, and deliver a consistently high level of service across every file.

In addition to transaction coordination, her experience includes working as a licensed Realtor and holding key operational roles on top-producing teams, including Listing Manager, Director of Operations, and Showing Assistant. This well-rounded background provides a comprehensive understanding of both the client-facing and behind-the-scenes aspects of the transaction process.

Her independent TC business was established in 2015, and today, through Kontor Real Estate, she partners with agents across multiple brokerages to provide elevated transaction coordination and listing management services. Kontor specializes in bridging the gap between the traditional TC role and the agent role—supporting the “gray space” where organization, communication, and execution are critical.
